if anyone can help id be very appreciative. i am currently one of the unlucky few who suffers from this "unresponsive, choppy and running in water gameplay".

after having spoke with david rutter and he assures me that its not the servers im now trying to look for a problem with my connection.
now i am recieving about 6.5mb download speed out of 8mb connection. my upload is regularly 348kb.
my ping is usually around 40ms and when i ping the following address - ping europa.owo.com -t (which im reliably informed is located near the european servers) i get a ping of around 48ms.
i also tested for packet loss which was higher during peak hours than during the day but nothing that would interfere with my gameplay i dont think.
i have setup the dmz and forwarded the ports in my router settings but still i recieve this choppy gameplay. have i overlooked something here or do i look fine?

these problems only started for me after the first update in december and have been unable to play a ranked game, lag free, since then.
if anyone can shed any light or offer any help i would be most grateful.
oh and 1 more thing. it may be a clue to what my problem id but i regularly cant connect to other players. when i go to quick ranked i reckon 6 times out of 10 it fails to connect.
