Right off the bat the jumping needs to be changed. Why on earth make a game so complicated and almost perfect and then have a jump where you have to jump full power every time. no matter how fast you tap space or how long you hold it in you cant do a little hop. When you are running fast this really matters and I personally could get much better times as thsi is all that is stopping me from doing many things.

It should be tap space is a little jump hold space is a long jump and letting go anywhere in between is degrees of height you know like lots of games already have. I mean come on even supermario borthers could jump a little bit or a long jump the concept isnt hard to understand.

Also I would like to see a realistic pumping such as the duck key or a pump key before jumps and after landings etc to keep momentum and setup super jumps. When you jump a high bar in track and field you dont run straight up to it so if there was a pumping system adn a left right pumping type lean you can start to move more like a real person.

All that and more can be done without it being vital to gameplay, and have the other stuff as bonuses and since it would be complicated stuff not everyone would have to or could do it. I understand its a console game and you cant really do that stuff in a console but with a 1600dpi mouse you can do some magic. I think the developers need to take a look at alien versus predator and avp2 the alien has a few simmilarites to Faith. The alien has pumping just before a jump you do the wall grab wich is different than duck the alien grabs the floor and it can then run right up a wall like a racecar and on the roof. But it serves a dual role and you can experiece some true freestyle freedom with the alien I can do jumps with backflips and 360 spins to land on the side of a wall and pump again and jump and spring around like a flea.

This could open up some real sytle lets face it other than faiths tricks she runs and acts like she has a stick up her but. If you try to do a 360 spin on a big jump you stop in mid air and start headign back 180 degrees!

So other than rambling on I can speak the truth many know but the massess are brainwashed into not seeing.

Consoles are the death of gaming. You will never see any real neat features in a game like this because of a thing called a least common denominator. That is a gamepad controller can only do so much 10% of what a mouse and a keyboard can do. The other least common denominator is a 4 year old console gaming system. My video card alone costs more, has a faster processor, more memory, etc.

But the truth is console games are fast and easy to make and they sell to the MlalalalalaE$$ Thats right $$$$ is the name of the game not breaking boundaries in game design, because to truly do that you need to make a game for PC only any game that is designed to be so close like this one from console to pc means the PC gamers get stuck wtih the lowest common denominator.

Just think about this, why dont you think console games are ever designed to use a mouse? I mean its 2009 I had a mouse on mario paint in 1995. The truth is out of the millions of brainwashed console gamers if there was a game with a mouse they would sit on thir couch one day and realize how stupid it is and they could play the same game on a pc and it woudl be 100 times better looking and faster. Simply put there would be a mild awakening out there and people would start to ask questions. Also the games would be more complex and harder to make etc. now that you can actually add depth due to a mouse and they would cost more to make and take longer etc $$$ you see. The other truth is a Mouse these days would use up a percentage of the processing power of a console alone 1600 dpi laser or optical moouse is much more demanding than a joystick. Then if games had mouses you would need keyboards... see...then people would realize they are playing video games on what basically ammounts to a PC you could buy today for 50$ thats right a ps3 is like playing games on a 2001 dell computer.then a percentage of americans would realize how the console gaming industry has ruined gaming in general when the gap between what is possible on a pc and what we are being fed and forced to play on consoles is so so HUGE. Just look at a video game store in your local mall the PC game section shrinks and shriks and less and less good games come out. And now that some good games are finally coming out they are basically stripped down "TOY" console games setup to work on a pc. This game is a good example they couldnt even take the time to adjust the resolution from tv to a computer i have to play with black bars even on a widescreen monitor. It is simple laziness, expediency, economics, basically the death of gaming as it could have been. You cant play a game like bf2 or cod4 on a PC and they are just screaming CONSOLE GAME , THIS IS A CONSOLE GAME SUCKER.

But dont get me wrong this game is a pure beauty, and they did a great job cramming a complex game into a console and still spitting out something that works ok on a pc.
