Yea, not DICE I ment EA had the servers, but im not sure why the xbox lags so much exspecially when you pay so much for those nice subscriptions. Im shure they are using all the money to better their customers experiance and not using it as sheer profit. I thought Microsoft was such an honest company...Oh wait.
