What about the complete city to play parkeu, jump from a roof to a building smashing the windows. I like the idea of create the character, maybe we have hide out where change the closes, hear the news on tv for a posible mission, read the mails, send mails.
Primary missions, secondary missions, extra missions. Carry bag to point A to point B in the other side of the city.
Have free time to run and explode.
