In the router settings, should the wireless connection option be turned off if not using wireless, you know what i mean ?? my main computer connects to the router with an ethernet cable, and its only now and again i use the wireless connection for my laptop computer, so is it advisable to switch wireless radio signal off when not in use ???
Does it have any impact on my hardwired connection to my main pc if i dont turn it off ?? its just that i have been playing lots of games on fifa the past night or two and the connection speed when playing people is like rubbish, jerky picture etc, even though i have virgin cable 20mb broadband.
Maybe its my oppenents connections that suk, its hard to say.
