i play support proably 9 game sout of ten and maybe switch to demo in between.

I have even landed my heli to give people medic packs on occasions lol.

the big issue is not always the support guys fault, i can't even count how many times i have dished out medi packs for the team , they just walk off, or there in a tank and yur reparing it from left or right side, and they just run over u, or ya trying to hide and a sniper comes up wanting medi pack whilst we have a tank and 10 enemys to kill right in front of our face.

The players that need healing need to stop running off, tk with tanks , they also need to be aware of whats going on, its not always support guys problems..
