I aint English, but here in Denmark the most widely available leagues on TV are:
1. La Liga (part free/part basic cable)
2. Champions League (basic cable)
3. EPL (more expensive satellite + the rare match on basic cable)
4. Serie A (only expensive satellite)
Theres a quite a gap between CL and EPL.
