I disagree a little, I agree they are very hard to beat and for me my finishing is pretty dire at the best of times so I should probably want it easier, however, In many games it is possible people get through one and one numerous times in a game if it was easy to take it around the keeper then scores would be so high and i suspoe by your standard maybe unrealistic i think it evens the gam eout al ittle.
If you want to go with an easier keepe rmaybe other areas like the way a defender kind of stutters when you change to him allwing attcker through or how they just stand off shoudl be adresssed.
Me personally am happy the way it is my flat mate actually finds it surprisingly easy to take it around the keeper not sure how he does it but he just sort of glides around him and slots it in so it is possibly to do consistently as he does maybe more practice>?
