You could try going deep into the file location where the EADM downloads the files to and use the installer manually from their. It should located in this location.
C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EADM\cache
It is a hidden file so you need to change the folder options to view it.
Their is a folder like this { ########## } with numbers that are unique to your account. Do not tell people what those numbers are. In their you should see list of folders for the things that you have download from the EADM. Search into them until you find the installer.
If that does not work try what Bazajaytee suggested about reinstalling.
