And what does it matter if the loser can come back and win? They're not going to be given a loss. The match will be voided and won't be recorded.

Er, welcome to capitalism. No one is forced to use Tiscali dial up, Sky Broadband 8mb costs me £5 a month.......hardly killing me....
People SHOULD be penalised for dropping out. When you start a game, you should play it until the game is meant to be over. People want to play a whole 90 minutes (and et + pens if needed), I know I don't like it when people leave. Do you not think people will get annoyed if they can't finish a game of FIFA because people leave all the time??? These people don't want a void game, they haven't left the game so it means they still want to play the game. If the other party is not able to complete the 90 minutes, they lose the game.
In real life do Man Utd so "Oh but we're 7-0 against Hull, we really need to get to Barbados for some training.....can we go?". FIFA is meant to be REALISTIC. Unless it is a problem with BOTH users (game voids) then it should not void, whatever the score.
