Why have they never put it in? It was in FIFA 07 on the PC but not on the 360 version

It was a great feature and added alot more fun to the game! I used to love creating teams, putting Ronaldo, Gerrard etc.. in and then playing in League Two

You won every game about 5-nil! It used to be good fun making your home towns team and trying to take them to the big time, and it would be much better on next-gen consoles because of better graphics, more disk space etc...!
