i suppose its as simple as looking at the fact if a team are winning and that person gets disconnected .. then they dont get the win, the game just does not stand as a result , meaning nobody can quit when ahead and pick up a win ... and if you get disconnected when ahead the opponent who is losing does not get a win ... so nobody gains an advantage
