Has anyone come across the following and is there a solution (I've checked the forum but could not find it)

When in BAP seasons mode if one of you team members gets injured, in the following matches they are replaced by another player. However the player never returns!! He stays on the reserves list and even if i am Captain and I pick him to be on the team and save it, when the match starts he defaults back to the reserves again. Even when I check Team Management before the match he is not there as in this mode you can only see your players and subs at this point.

Any help??
