That sounds to much like a FPS which this game isn't. Then again even if you freerun up to the best weapons, since you can't do much while your holding a gun how are you going to get down. You'll have to change some of the core mechanics of the game to make your idea work.
I liked some of the others like Runners vs Blues or Icarus, Flag for Flag, Infection, Breakin (were you get in steal a bag and try to escape.)
