Or you can do what I do, make a folder called C:\Users\chemicalrubber\Photoshop\Brushes. Dump all your .abr's in there (extract from zip file) and in photoshop, when using the brush tool, select the drop down arrow (at the top where you select the brush shape etc.) and click Replace Brushes, and navigate to that folder you just created.
