Ive created this thread to specifically list all of the glitches in Fifa 09's Manager Mode i and other forum members have encountered. If you know of any other glitches please mention them and i'll add them to the list.
This is for the PS3/360 version
1.) Duplicate teams in ECC/EFA Tournament. - Fixed For 10
2.) No night/weather matches. - Fixed For 10
3.) AI teams perform no squad rotation and as a result play the same team constantly, even if at 90% fatigued (yet they can still run around the pitch for 90 mins as if at full fitness). - Fixed For 10
4.) The League table which is shown at the start of a match is often inaccurate.
5.) When you draw an FA Cup match it goes to extra time/penalties instead of going to a Replay.
6.) MM often freezes after 2/3 seasons into career. This usually happens when it says Simulating.... at a certain % point.

7.) The Coca Cola Championship League play-off final is at Ivy Lane instead of Wembley Stadium. - Fixed For 10
8.) The FA Cup semi finals are at the Home teams Stadium instead of Wembley Stadium.
9.) The kit update is rubbish! Bring back the full number selection.

10.) Qualifying for the EFA by winning the Coca Cola Championship or even coming second! - Fixed For 10
11.) When you get promoted from the lower League's to the Premiership you don't have an option to change your Stadium to a better Generic one.
12.) When you play a Cup match it is sometimes scheduled to be played on the same day as a League match.
13.) 3 clone teams in the League - occasionally it will show 3 of the same team in the League with identical stats (wins, draws, defeats and goal difference).
14.) Transfer Budget. You don't get your budget increased in January and most IMPORTANT is that when you start a second season your budget doesn't get increased, so your left with whatever money you had in the first season. This RUINS the long term enjoyment on the game. - Fixed For 10
15.) The rating system is completely flawed, impossible to have your players receive average ratings sufficient to match up to what is calculated for AI players.
16.) No way to view the average rating of your players for the season.
17.) Next season starts straight after the completion of the final match, no chance to look at your stats or growth or other things.
18.) XP system is now far too generous, with coaches on level 4 players can go from low 60s to high 80s in only 2 seasons.

19.) Team of the season is broken in two ways, first it includes players from the teams that are relegated or promoted into that division, second it includes players who've only played a few matches of the season (should be minimum 25-30 matches played or something).
20.) Post match individual player statistics can no longer be viewed for every player, only for the man of the match, not a flaw per se but it was possible to see this in Fifa08 so why remove it?
21.) During a match you only see the formation of the opponent change in the man marking and other menu views when they make a substantive formation change usually at the end of the match, if they have a defender sent off, so bring off a forward to replace with a defender, that defender is shown as playing up front in all screens including man marking screen.
22.) When you change from playing a 5 sub match to a 7 sub match and back it messes up your substitutes, for example in the Premiership/League Cup/European cups you can have 7 substitutes, as soon as you've played an FA Cup match your substitutes are messed up.
23.) Each time you view team management it reverses the subs/reserves, so if you have them sorted in GK/DF/MF/FW order they will reverse to FW/MF/DF/GK order and back and forth, not a big deal but it's silly and a glitch.
24.) After a 2 leg ECC tie, occasionally it doesnt show the correct aggregate score on the Results page.
i.e, if you won 1-2 on aggregate it shows 0-1 (agg) instead of 1-2 (agg)
25.) On the Controller select screen before a match, occasionally it has the Controller switched towards the CPU team instead of the user controlled team.
26.) Your MM career finishes as soon as you get fired with no option to manage another club. - Fixed For 10
27.) Norwegian and Swedish teams cannot qualify or compete in European competitions.
28.) When your team doesn't have enough players to play the match and your forced to forfeit the match, sometimes it says the other team doesn't have enough.
29.) In the qualifying round for the ECC sometimes you can be drawn against yourself. Everton v Everton in this video example.

30.) The scheduling for European matches is set so you often are playing 3 EFA or ECC matches in a row with no League matches in between.
31.) When you get promoted or relegated to another League, the teams arm badges do not change.
32.) When you've just lost a match narrowly i.e. you were playing Tottenham and lost 1-0, occasionally after you get an Internal Memo which says "That was a narrow win, it is always special when you beat Tottenham".
