Pulis Announces Expectations For Season Ahead

Today we spoke with Tony Pulis, manager of Stoke City, about what he and the club wants to achieve this season. This is what Pulis had to say, "Well, I think our squad is very talented in certain aspects of the game and should provide a stern test for the other 19 Premier League clubs but on the other hand if we are going to stay up and prove our selves we are going to have to keep level heads for the season and not let the opposition get the better of us. The squad I think needs a bit more depth so you could see us being active in the transfer market. I'm am mainly after players that are going to want to fight with the club and not play just for the sake of playing. If we aquire the right players and mix them with the current squad and start geling, I think we should be able to achieve a safe mid-table finish."
