My only problem with the current pc would be Graphics and Processor.
Your current PC meets the requirements fine, obviously the newer one will be faster though

Will this work?
Yes, although you need to check the graphics card and RAM too.

It says 2.4GHz on the system requirements, I have a dell laptop w/Windows Vista. If it doesn't meet the requirements can someone tell me if what I listed above in bold does, because if that is so I will be purchasing that laptop.
Yeah, what you have now is also fine.
To find out your video card in Vista, right-click My Computer and choose "Properties". Then click the link that says "Windows Experience Index". Your video card is listed next to "Graphics:" on that page that opens.
