Nice one for signing up... the leagues will open tonight and then we cant start playing some games.
All you do is add everyone from auspes and arrange to vs them through the web-site or xbox live... You host one game (7 min halfs) and they host the return fixture. Once you have finished the games you just need to record results (found under 'issue results') for the game you hosted... you can put comments in the field if you would like to describe key moments in the match.. i.e "Ronaldinho scored a 25 yard screamer with minutes remaining to snatch victory."
As they are league games there is no extra time or penalties involved...
