In my oppinion, there is more lag with the following situations:
1- If ur opponent is from far far away
(I'm from holland, and when my opponent comes from Australia, it's allwayz laggy)
2- Most of the players from Mexico are[Removed], and allwayz are laggy cause they like it laggy...
3- Players from country's like poland or such, they don't have good connections there because they can not affort it (with all due respect though)
4- Check if ur roommate isn't downloading hahaha, cause that's my problem most of the time
