Im not sure can you use HDMI directly from ps3 to dvd, you have to check that. But Im using the SCART cable anyway as an SD signal.




basicly:

You have to transmitt your PS3 SIGNAL into the DVD RECORDER, and then FROM DVD straight into THE HDTV.

Nope, no can do. HDCP. To do this on HDMI you need insanely expensive equipment. Pluss a dude/dudess with way above average technical knowledge to make you a pseudo HDCP recipient to fool the PS3 into thinking it's connected straight to the TV.
