I have been meaning to do this - but the absolutely slow transition frames between the menu and edit player are very frustrating to go through.

Ya the menu transition is slow but I'll tell you it's certainly worth the pain. I suggest to try this out for two evenly matched teams and see if it meets your expectations. I dont have to tell you, you know it, sepakbola!
