You all need to take in the fact that that limit is there due to either hardware or software limits.
Hardware:
-Can the CPU handle this many connected users at one time. How much speed does it require under full load.
-Can the memory/RAM handle all the actions going on inside the game. 512mb won't do any good for a 64 player at full load.
Software:
- Will it bottleneck?
- Is there a mem. leak with more then 64 players
- Is their buffer over/underrun's.
If anything, 64 is just fine as it is. I can't begin to imagine to see 100 players on a karkand or wake server. That'd just be total hell.
