Phil Brown Positive of top 10 Finish
In the year of 2006, Phil Brown was appointed Hull City Caretaker Manager and in January 2007 took over permanently. Phil Brown has enjoyed recent success, guiding Hull City into the Barclays Premier League, after Beating Watford (6-1 Aggregate) in the Play-Off Semi-Finals followed by a narrow 1-0 win over Bristol City in the Final, at Wembley on the 24th May 2008.
A few months later after the Play-Off's Hull City Manager, Phil Brown, looks to continue his Success into the Top Tier of English Football, despite being odds on favourites to be relegated. However optimist Phil Brown is looking to prove his critics wrong. '' I feel that the Club has enough potential to have a strong showing at this level despite teams like Chelsea having Millions to spend on Superstars. If Hull can maybye gather a few early wins and perhaps we can go on a good streak and gather some points, then i feel theres a chance of getting a top 10 finish.''
Phil Brown has questioned Hull City's lack of Young talent and during the Transfer Market is looking to bring in some young players to add to the Squads Depth. ''I do have my eye on some young players across the Market and i'm positive that if we can bring in some of these targets it will only add to our chances of succeding.''
