360 has the same setup. What I'm seeing tho is this. Create a tactic and save it to a slot. Then you go to quick tactics, right? And in here you replace the default tactic with the custom tactic. But the game doesn't allow you to have different custom tactics assigned to different teams. A team either has it's own default tactic, or if you assign a custom tactic to this slot, then every team not using it's default tactic uses the most recently assigned custom tactic.
So either it works differently on the PS3 than the 360, or I'm confusing something here.
