This happened after using laser designator with recon, it would not exit this black screen no matter what I tried to do. The only solution to stay in the game was to select suicide from the menu

. Also it can go to black screen when you respawn, it shows you sqad member then bang - black. It then goes to normal after you spawn. Don't remember this happening before TBH.
