Just to add: The setup is spread over quite a distance, and there are three possible wireless network names I can click on for a better signal strength. I'm pretty sure they all feed back to the same router though.

The router you are cliking on what is the signla strenght ?
First thing i would suggest you do is go to belkin.com look for your product and upgrade it to the latest firmware, then come back
