I was forced to buy the adidas live season upgrade two times. Reason is, that i first place the order for the BLES0314 Code -

There was no information - not here, and not in the booklet, that the cutsomer have to take care of which BLES he download.

That is a big dissapointement and not good in any way , compared to the custom care i expect.

By the way, the BLES Code is shown in white letters bevore a grey background in the psn shop - very blury. So i did not notice even that there is a difference.

There is also no option to get in contact with german EA custom care - expect to call a callcenter agent for nearly 3€ per Minute.

What i would kindly ask now is ? How will EA fix thia problem ? Will i get my refund ???
