Sounds like he might be using the wrong login.

I'm not sure how much you know about it, but your brother has two logins - one for the security layer (the pop up box) and one for the site itself (the one you type in to the top right part of the site).

When you access the forum it re-requests your security layer, ie it pops up the box again. He needs to use the same user ID and password he uses when he first goes to the website, not the one he actually logs into the game with (if that makes sense).

If that's not the problem, post back here and we'll see what we can think of.
