I can understand not liking the 3 activations, graphics are good not great but nice enough. What don't you like about the game play? I found it fairly straight forward and not @ all complex - don't forget that this game includes everyone of all ages, so the game can't be difficult to grasp.
But I don't understand that the big deal is about Securom?

If the game works on your computer (which it obviously does since you've played it) and you can't prove otherwise, I doubt you could take the game back to where you got it. You could try sell it to someone through classifieds, might get a decent amount for it, but you won't get the full amount you paid for it as it's second-hand.
