Sorry eroticfishcake, there's simply no way of knowing what works and what doesn't. Personally nothing works for me; I've had no luck whatsoever with any setting or deletion/closing programs.
Removing EA Download Manager has proven to be a solution for many, as well as updating drivers, but not in every case.
