Things like DRM don't bother me, I'm only planning on installing it once.
My main beef, as it seems to be with everyone else also, is the Space stage of the game. Pirates, eco disasters and lack of automation have turned me right off. I find myself restarting the game at the end of the Civ stage these days, because I can't be bothered with the hassle of space, which is a shame because it's supposed to be the pinnacle of the game, isn't it?
Praying for a patch to sort out the space stage, I'd love to play it without wanting to smash my keyboard through the monitor after 30 minutes.
