Don't think they will show up. I did cell phase on hard earlier to day, didn't get the badge. But l8ter on I got some other badges, so I tried to play the cell phase on hard again, and then I got the badge. So I think you have to earn them again -.-
And if you go to my spore page, it says that I have sent postcards to allot of people, weird I doesn't get the badge - "
