In order for EA / Maxis to truly see how many people have bugs, we must start signing petitions.

The petition is as follows:

"EA / Maxis must rectify (patch) their release of the video game 'SPORE'. The rectification being as follows:

Random crashing (primarily in the Space Stage)
- Many cases is when zooming out to galaxy from Homeworld
- Dasmx86Dll.dll is the cause mostly.
- Cell to Creature crashes in some cases
- Creature to Tribe crashes in some cases
The bug related to the DasmX86Dll.dll file upon crash
- Also people have got the d3d9.dll error.
SPORE not loading upon startup,
- WINMM.dll file appearing when starting SPORE for 64bit users. Can still play game.
Unable to download user content
License Server Issues
Graphical Glitches
- Texture Corruption (In some cases, Major corruption)
- Main menu freeze
- Planet fine, Galaxy map just black (Toolbars etc still work)
Error 1012 - Graphics driver issue even with latest drivers
Mobile Graphics Card Issues (Even supported ones)
Possible SECUROM issues
Public Content / Buddy Sharing issues
- When buddies are searched, people aren't appearing
EA Downloader not detecting SPORE installation
Tribal Stage Crashing - Crashes when user goes to / out of outfit section

Many players are missing out on a truly immense and deep game, which many players would love IF they could play it without being hindered. Come on EA, we must get a response."

An explanation of the problem may also help EA a bit to see what the problem is (as if they don't know already...)

Also, please post a simple summary of your PC specs (no big DXDiag logs please!) so we can further help EA's code monkeys with their diagnosis.
