kroaton, did you buy the Deluxe from EADM or a retail store?
A possibility: go to
EA LINK at the bottom is a place to enter a code (activation). It worked for some trying to activate NS. I thought NS was downloaded from EADM for the deluxe edition users, but I'm not sure because I have no first hand experience with deluxe. I have read many threads regarding Deluxe in the EA-USA forum. (As Splash and Vector have as well, in attempts to help fellow users)
The evolution from EA Downloader to EA Link to EA Download Manager (EADM) has not been very smooth. I got BF2142 from EA Downloader. I think it was EA Link when NS came out & I got NS from EA Link. (if I'm remembering correctly. It may have been both from EA Downloader....)
Also, when the installation (without any patching/updating) of your purchased Deluxe Edition of BF2142 is completed, @ the login screen, what version does it say (lower right of white login box) the game is?
