I am not sure exactly what the process the Deluxe edition uses. But most of us have too install the gale in this order.
BF2142 Core game., 1.40 patch, Northern Strike, 1.40 patch, 1.50 patch.
Can you look into the files and see if the maps are in the levels folder?
Also look at this link.: https://account.ea.com/common/login....parsid=4742630 Log into it and look too see what it says about your game under the My Games Tab. If it says that if the Deluxe Edition is registered or if NS is activated already. If you got the game through the EADM then you would need to look in the Download Tab.

The Deluxe Edition installs Vanilla + NS all in one, so you cant install part of it, patch, then NS. I do have the 1.50 patch (Deluxe Edition is 1.40 out of the box) and have tried either way. The NS maps are installed in the Levels folder, it appears to be a matter of my account not being updated.
Your link (
https://account.ea.com/common/login....parsid=4742630) is redirecting to an Invalid URL on "Pogo Games . com" (have to space the text to stop it autofilling with spam from Pogo) bizarrely . I clicked through to the main support page on the Invalid URL page to the EA Account section. Under "My Games" it lists
"Battlefield 2142", not the Deluxe Edition despite that also being an option there. When I select register Battlefield 2142 Deluxe Edition and put in my code it tells me the code has been used previously!!!
This is the retail boxed version of 2142 Deluxe, so no download info.
