Well if you can play the regular game; it may just be a matter of re-patching the game.
I am not sure exactly what the process the Deluxe edition uses. But most of us have too install the gale in this order.
BF2142 Core game., 1.40 patch, Northern Strike, 1.40 patch, 1.50 patch.
Can you look into the files and see if the maps are in the levels folder?

If it says that if the Deluxe Edition is registered or if NS is activated already. If you got the game through the EADM then you would need to look in the Download Tab.
