Just that when in the main menu hit 'B' and the sporepedia comes up then you can look at peoples creations and add them to buddy lists and send them messages, also you will get alot of reports about how your creatures are getting on in the multiverse, there will be poles showing the most killed species, the most loved species e.c.t. so nothing very ground breaking or new.
