Nets are important too for the realistic feeling of the game. If you don't care of realism, don't play fifa, switch to sensible soccer. And I doubt that a good net and other details that can be handled by consoles, will slow down our computer that much (but if you haven't a good pc, remember that pc games can be scaled to make sure that you can enjoy the game even on low-mid end machines
