Problem for PC is they are some times left behind. BF:BC was down as a PS3 and a XBOX360 only, but so was GTA IV! When the games are not just ported over from console to PC they take longer to appear on PC. Most likely BF:BC will not appear on PC, but with DICE and EA you just dont know.

And also its "three BF game in the making" Mirrors edge is not a BF game.
