what bother me is that the nets are very old and corner flag too(see nxt gen) an the refs had no AI no reactions on field

Yeah your right. Some of these things such as nets linesmen, refs and corner flags don't require next generation for it to be implemented in FIFA 09 PC!
The mods should pass this information to EA rather then just trying to defend it all the time
