You can check the last post for the list of compatible steering/racing wheels for both the PS3 and X360 versions of the game.
Yes, the X360 Racing Wheel is supposed to be supported, but I haven't tried and so don't know how well it works. If you already have the game and the wheel, try it out for yourself and post back in this, or the other already established, thread telling us whether it works well, etc.
