plus this might encourage more people to play with the same teams and not use other leagues if they have only got a subscribtion to say the premier league they wont use the other leagues that they dont have subscibions for. so it be man u, man u, manu chelsea arsenal

Players are not removed due to injury they just are given poor form. And you need to look at it from the other side. What if a player that is somewhat average has an amazing couple of weeks causing his form to rise. If I choose not to pay I don't get to use this improved player and you do. This stupid feature swings both ways giving advantages or disadvanteges to either side. But as it said in the FAQ you have the option to turn the feature off before going online.
Regardless it is a poor idea to have a ranked online system where people are basically using 2 different sets of rules.
