I would like to have "themed" neighbourhoods and with that, the choice of transport that would be appropriate for that theme e.g. victorian theme would have horse and carts etc.
I like the idea of having a railway - reminds me of the days when I used to play Sim City (please don't remind me of how long ago that was!
