Me? Personally I don't care because it doesn't affect me. I run linux as my main system, with windows for games only. The three activations thing does give me a certain amount of concern considering i'll probably be upgrading my computer in a month or two after Spore's released, but that's just one part of it. Apart from that the only problem I have with SecuROM is that it could slow down my computer ever so slightly. As i've said before it's been on my system without me knowing for a year and absolutely nothing has gone wrong.
So yeah, whilst for the sake of ethics and other such larks, i'd rather not have SecuROM on my computer, it's that much of a non-inconvenience that I really don't care enough to change my habits.
As for other people, couldn't tell ya really. One thing I should point out though, is just because somebody COULD do something, doesn't mean they will. Not the best argument I know but it stands somewhat.
