You're forgetting "and never change any hardware or update any drivers". So if a new game comes out that needs a driver update in order to work (happens all the time), you'll have to choose between that and Spore. And you can forget about keeping your PC updated. Running out of disk space? Tough. If you put in another hard drive, Spore will stop working.
