My bios is the same as yours, when you OC your cpu have you kept thermal control enebled & eist enebled and c1e enabled and virtual also
I found the limits with Riva Tuner 2.09 (although it needs an update to fully support GT200 cards) and after that, I flashed the new clocks in the BIOS. The card is voltage modded as well, but it seems to be very cooling-sensitive at high frequencies/voltages. I suppose I could squeeze some more overclock from it if I could cool it better. These for the core/shader clock. The memory overclocks to 2754 MHz rock-solid with stock voltage. I don't know if I just got lucky or if this is a typical memory overclock for these cards, but never before did I have a video memory with so highly overclockable memory.

Just C1E is disabled; thermal control and virtual are on. Doesn't make any difference. For me the only thing that stabilised the FSB overclock was higher northbridge voltage. No PLL, VTT or GTL voltages made any difference. What I'm about to try now is the 400 FSB CPU mod, as an attempt to get 500 FSB stable.
