EA support via email is a mystery machine when you get a reply, could be 24hrs could be 2 weeks, 2 months, etc.

EA phone support is pricey and useless you just get told to either hold and wait for a supervisor who is never there or send an email and get in the mystery machine. Plus for all those who might be a bit wary over whats transmitted in their emails they normally ask you to send your CD key.

Need i comment on the constant throw around people normally get with securom and whatever game company, you get told to email one then a late reply telling you to email the other which you do then end up in the same place etc. 3 months later you are stick stuck being ignored by both companies now.
