I was just listening to sports talk radio and they were discussing the Texas Rangers baseball team. Which, for those of you who dont know, is the team that George Hicks owns. The guy on the radio station was saying that he was one of the richest owners in baseball, in the top 5.
Well what ended up happening was that some angry texas rangers fans were calling in and saying that Hicks, despite being one of the richest people in baseball, had done nothing to bring in quality players to add to their roster.
...where have i heard that before?
