Nasri, Walcott, Diaby, Rosicky (if ever healthy). Anyone that can pass the ball can replicate Hleb.
Nasri is the ideal replacement because he can score, pass, create, hold, and draw defense which is something Hleb was never really good at since teams knew he wouldn't shoot.
